2023 ELECTED BOARD MEMBERS

President

Vicki has been in Lincoln now for the past eight years. Before retiring, Vicki worked with the senior population and managed eight Lifeline programs at sister hospitals for many years. 

She attended Illinois Central College and Methodist School of Nursing, and took many Lifeline marketing classes that lead her to many awards for her marketing experience including becoming the number one Lifeline program in the state for many years. 

Vicki also served as President of Senior Care Network for 17 years. This organization did marketing, public speaking, health fairs, and helped to place seniors in the community. 

Since being in Lincoln Vicki has become an Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce, and has been the President of the Woman’s Club of Lincoln for the past five years. Vicki is a former member of the Lincoln Theater Company Board of Directors and is still involved.

Vice President

Diane Silveira retired after 42 years with Pacific Gas & Electric Company spending the last few years of her career as a Project Manager, Major Account Representative, and Supervisor.

With a Business Degree, Diane spent many years in the Bay Area volunteering with various organizations including serving on the board for Leadership Morgan Hill and Morgan Hill Community Foundation. Diane recently became a Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.

After her retirement, Diane moved to Lincoln in 2019 for a slower-paced lifestyle. Diane has two wonderful adult children and seven amazing grandchildren.

Treasurer

Linda Mackey moved to Lincoln in 1989 from Washington State. She retired from SPMUD (a public utility company) after 23 years in the Accounting Office as an Accounting Supervisor. Linda has degrees in Business Administration and Accounting and has spent the majority of her working career in the Accounting field. 

She has volunteered in Lincoln with many organizations and was Treasurer for the Fruitvale Hall Association for five years. Upon her retirement in May 2013, she became the Treasurer for the Woman’s Club the same month. 

Linda has two amazing daughters and son-in-laws that have given her eight awesome grandchildren.

Recording Secretary

Marlaina has lived in Lincoln for a few years and thoroughly enjoys being a part of the Lincoln

community. She retired six years ago after working for 42 years in the private and state sectors. 

During her 30 years of State service, she served in a variety of roles and spent a majority of her time as a project manager. Marlaina has worked with large multi-departmental planning teams on many conferences for

up to 3,200 attendees and events at various Sacramento locations, including the California state capitol.

Marlaina enjoys painting, gardening, and spending time with her husband, daughter,

granddaughter, and friends. Since being in Lincoln she has been a very active Woman’s Club of Lincoln member, is the Art League of Lincoln events chair, and has become a Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.

Assistant Treasurer

Helen moved to Lincoln in 2007. She has a degree in Medical Assisting and worked in the medical field for 17 years. 

Helen and her husband, Randy, opened Lincoln Gun Exchange in 2011. Helen was one of the founding members of both the Downtown Lincoln Association and the Lincoln Public Safety Foundation which supports Police and Fire. Helen also volunteered in other organizations since moving to Lincoln. 

Helen and Randy have two wonderful boys who gave them two awesome grandsons. Love Lincoln shop local! 

Corresponding Secretary/Membership/Sunshine

Cathy was born and raised in California. She is married and has two sons and two grandchildren. 

Cathy and her husband retired several years ago from the Bay Area and moved to Lincoln to be near their grandchildren. 

Cathy's hobbies include quilting, baking, and gardening. She joined the Woman’s Club of Lincoln shortly after moving here, and also belongs to the Roseville Women’s Club and Roseville Quilters.

Past President

Fran married Frank Neves in 1964 and they have three daughters, seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. They have lived in Lincoln since June 2003.

Fran was President of the Woman’s Club in 2016 and 2017.  In 2017, she was awarded Business Woman of the Year and was Grand Marshal in the 4th of July Parade.  Fran attends Lincoln City Council and Chamber of Commerce meetings spreading the word about the Woman’s Club of Lincoln. 

Fran loves the way the club has grown and supports the community.

Parliamentarian

Claire graduated from California State University Sacramento with a degree in Education and English and became a teacher. Claire served as a “Professional

Volunteer” as she and her family moved around the Country as an Air Force Family.

Once her children were on their own, she served as CEO for the Central Fairfax Chamber of Commerce in Fairfax VA. She held that position for 17 years and, after moving back home to California, continued to serve the local Chamber.
